2. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
10bdt processes transactions through mobile financial services available in Bangladesh. The key points of our payment policy are outlined below.

Welcome Bonus — Key Terms
Wagering: 10x the bonus amount
- Applies to the first deposit only.
- The maximum bonus is ৳5,000 — no more than this amount is provided.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.
Example 1:
Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw, wagering required: ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets.
Example 2:
Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳13,000.
General Bonus Policy
- A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- Bonus balance is not directly withdrawable — wagering must be completed first.
- Bonuses may expire within a set time period.
- If abusive or exploitative betting is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 10bdt reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.
VIP & Cashback Program
- Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
- Moving to a higher tier depends on regular activity.
4. Gameplay & Betting Rules
General Gaming Rules
- All games are operated by third-party software providers.
- Bets from rounds cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded.
- If there is any dispute regarding a game result, 10bdt's decision is final.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
Sports Betting Rules
- If a bet is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to the account.
- Bets may be suspended if match manipulation or fixing is suspected.
- Bets placed outside the timeline are not accepted.
Prohibited Activities
- Betting through bots or automated software.
- Abusing bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Sharing or transferring an account to another person.
- Money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Any attempt to hack or intrude into the game system.
5. Account Suspension & Closure
10bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason, including for the reasons described below. Where applicable, the member will be notified before the account is closed.
